I am Joe Ursich Jr. and I started J&J Heating Inc. over 10 years ago. My journey in HVAC began at the young age of 10, working with my dad, Joe Sr., who has been in the HVAC industry since the '80s. By the time I was 21, I knew I wanted to start my own business focused on HVAC installation and service, which led to the founding of J&J Heating Inc.
